Shipping Policy


USPS is experiencing major delays and unprecedented volume increases at this time. While we are shipping as normal, USPS is often delaying packages in transit. Almost all orders are delivering, we are just seeing USPS taking longer than normal and some packages are not scanning until the day they deliver. 

 

In The Bloom ships worldwide! Our standard processing time is 1-5 business days.*

  • Shipping is calculated and will be provided at checkout along with the estimated time frame for delivery depending on which option you choose. In The Bloom is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties you may owe.

PLEASE NOTE: IN THE BLOOM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT, YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS OR UPS.

Preorder Policy 

Before you decide to order PREORDER items from our website, please note the following: 

  • IMPORTANT NOTE:  Payments for pre-ordered items are charged immediately upon checkout, not when shipped.
  • You may cancel your pre-ordered item before the estimated shipment date found on the item description page. 
  • You may cancel your order for a full refund which will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • If ordering a product that is a preorder item, you will be aware of this by checking the title of the listing, and the description. 

What are Pre-orders?
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on high demand merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our store. Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date and will be noted in the description and title of the pre-ordered item. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.

  • The ESTIMATED SHIP DATE is provided by our vendors and it is only an estimate.  We cannot make any guarantees on the actual delivery date but will do our very best to keep the information as updated and accurate as possible.  We also cannot guarantee that your order will ship on any specific date.  We will process all orders in the order in which they are received.  Again, we cannot guarantee the delivery date of any pre-ordered item.  

Combined Orders 

All in stock merchandise can be shipped immediately. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped when the pre-order is fulfilled unless you request  otherwise, you may reach out to request your order be shipped in two parts. Returned to Sender

If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying for a new shipping label and providing a new address for the reshipment. We will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our $5 reshipment along with providing an updated address.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after being placed. Unless the item is marked “Pre-Order”  If you would like to return or exchange an item, please see the Returns + Refunds section of our website.
